It will start in the knowledge of  Quality system by training that will be done under the supervision of qualified staff, who will be responsible for implementation. If the operator do not exceed the corresponding qualification tests, the operator may only engage in training, not having direct responsibility for the work.

In order to achieve a higher quality level in their products, TORREMAR MARBLE GROUP  performs a continuous improvement and motivation of all staff, providing of the necessary technical resources and human resources to develop activities in the identification of quality deficiency of the process production. To achieve these objectives TMG  bases its policy on the operator self-control, guiding them to the prevention of defects and awareness of all staff.
