The Group is spread in the Northwest of Murcia and Granada, where is the control processing center and most of its installations. The Group is made up of:

a)      Two sawing and manufacture factories of marble:

• • • The first one located in Cehegin (Murcia) with an area of 50,000 m2, of which the covered surface with large and sophisticated facilities is about 8,000 m2, counting machinery varied so that it is capable of producing the full range of natural stone products demanded by the market and supported by a powerful computer system capable of structuring the whole process from the distribution of the workload to billing.
       
    • The Second one located in Loja (Granada) at the foot of one of the most important quarries in the Group, Cream Nacar, with a land area of 70,000 m2 and a covered area of 1,500 m2. It has machinery for carrying out the first harvest material (machines for sawing blocks of marble extracted in the quarry)
       

b)      Eleven marble quarries:

    • CREAMA MARFIL Quarry, located in Paraje de Portillo de la Sierra de la Puerta, Cehegin (Murcia)
       
    • CREAMA MARFIL Quarry, located in El Collado de la Yeguas de la Sierra de la Puerta , Cehegin (Murcia).
       
    • ROSA LEVANTE Quarry, Located in Sierra Valdeinfierno, mountains of Zarcilla de Ramos, Lorca (Murcia)
       
    • CALIZA Quarry, located in Sierra Valdeinfierno, Mountainsof Zarcilla de Ramos , Lorca (Murcia)
       
    • CREMA FANTASIA Quarry, located in Mountains of Cullar Baza (Granada)
       
    • MARRON IMPERIAL Quarry, , located in Paraje Omblancas, montes de Jumilla (Murcia)
       
    • ROJO QUIPAR Quarry, located in Sierra de las Cabras, in Caravaca de la Cruz (Murcia)
       
    • ROJO CORALITO Quarry, located in Sierra de Burete, Cehegin (Murcia)
       
    • ROJO CEHEGIN Quarry, located in Sierra de Burete, Cehegin (Murcia).

Torremar Marble Group ensures proper maintenance of the machinery necessary for the all production processes,  It is subjected to regular checks to ensure its good working in order to ensure the necessary conditions for the development of products that meet customer specifications as reflected in its quality system in the procedure for the process control (Manual of Procedures - document No. P-GT-008, Rev. 5).

The fact that the quarries are close to transformation centers, what is a technological advantage, in this sense the extraction of blocks in quarry can be scheduled, according to charging orders to be made by the factory.  It help us to program measures in length, width and the thickness of the block and the tone type or grain, which implies a great saving in terms of waste of material because  the blocks comes straight from quarry, with measure and color necessary for production, what avoid to invest resources in the maintenance of stock.

Its traditional concern and attention to quality in the production process was reinforced by the company SGS, TECNOS in the year 1998 certifying that the assurance quality system implemented by the company, meets the requirements under ISO rules, obtaining certificate number ES04/0202 in the UNE EN ISO 9001:2000 regulation, and becoming the first company in its sector in the Murcia Region and one of the first nationally to obtain this certificate.
